Pushups with Plank Jacks + some Bicep Flexing - Gimme More!

I was motivated to do more than normal today by Karla Isler Jones, she is also on her jouney. I know that I can do more and if i dont then i will be exactly where i started. My goals is not to stay , but to succeed and strive. I wonder if i can get up to doing this workout for the ENTIRE 4mins of music. That will be my goals for this. So how many did you count? I didnt count yet, Im gong toing to until i do it again.
