Hey all , here is my 2nd edition (day 2) of my push up/plank jacks challenge from CTBF. I think i did something like 6.5 sets ( i wanted to go til muscle failure ) I am committing to be fit and iwant to get better. I am doing my pushups "correctly" . I was told that i wasnt doin them right and need to bring my elbows in closer to my body and to go down further, soooo thats what i did and that sh!t hurt! but i m sure that will make me stronger and get better at actually holding my body weight. I also decided to do a few seconds of bicep flexing. I know a lot of women do bicep flexing so i added a little bit at the end. Thanks for Watching!!! tricep workout working out daily
